CUSTOM DESIGNING A HOME
When
you have a specific layout in mind, the best choice
is custom design. The whole experience begins
with your idea. Then, Considering your budget
and size of lot, we figure out the best square
footage size and the number and type of rooms
desired. After this initial decision, we focus
on the type of building material to use. Next,
the cad work begins. The floor plan and elevation
is worked and reworked to a layout you are happy
with. Finally, the rest of the cad work is completed.
When it is done, you will have a full set of plans
ready for city submittal. If engineering is required,
then the plans will be sent to an engineer of
your choice or you can use one of our preferred
engineers on our CONTRACTORS
LIST.
